MTL5051 is a DC signal input isolation barrier in the MTL5000 series. Features: It has the functions of power distribution to field instruments, signal isolation transmission, signal conversion, signal multi-channel distribution and alarm setting.

• Functional features: It has the functions of power distribution to field instruments, signal isolation and transmission, signal conversion, signal multi-channel distribution and alarm setting.

• Signal Processing: Can receive 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V from hazardous areas The DC signal is processed by isolation and anti-interference suppression and then output to a safe area. It can be used in conjunction with control systems such as DCS/PLC or other unit combination instruments.

• Power supply mode: Supports independent DC power supply and two-wire loop power supply. Typically, an independent DC 24V power supply is used, and the power supply, input, and output are fully isolated.

• Installation method: Adopt 35mm standard DIN rail card installation, and the terminal wiring adopts spring-type compression connection, which is easy to install and wire.

• Application Scenarios: It is suitable for connecting DC current and voltage signals of various devices in hazardous areas. It can be used in hazardous areas such as Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone IIA, Zone IIB, and Zone IIC.
