• Functional Features: It is a switch quantity/NAMUR signal input safety barrier with a dual-channel design. It can simultaneously process switch quantities or NAMUR signals of two channels, can transmit electrical signals bidirectionally between the safe zone and the hazardous zone, and limit energy transfer from the safe zone to the hazardous zone caused by faults, thereby ensuring the intrinsic safety of field equipment.

• Power supply mode: It adopts AC power supply, which is different from the DC power supply of MTL5018. It is suitable for industrial scenarios with AC power supply.

• Technical parameters: Isolation strength is 250V, standard accuracy is ±0.1% FS, temperature drift is ±0.015%/°C, response time ≤1s (0→90%), stabilization time ≤3s. Maximum explosion-proof voltage is 250VAC, explosion-proof grade symbol is (Exia) IC, Po is 0.65W, Ro is 3000Ω, Lo is 2.4mH, and Co is 0.05μF.

• Installation method: Usually 35mm standard DIN rail card installation is adopted, which is convenient for installation and layout in the control cabinet.

• Application Fields: Widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power and other industrial fields to connect switches/proximity detectors and other equipment in hazardous areas to achieve signal isolation and transmission.
