MTL safety barrier MTL4046C is a single-channel analog output isolator in the MTL4000 series. The following is its detailed introduction:

Technical Parameters: The input signal is 4-20mA, the output signal is also 4-20mA, the maximum load resistance is 800 ohms, and the conversion accuracy is better than 20μA. The isolation voltage between the safe and hazardous areas is 250V AC, the power supply voltage is 20-35V DC, and the power consumption is 1.2W.
Installation Method: Utilizing a compact modular design with plug-in connectors, the safety zone signals are directly connected to the baseplate, eliminating the need for external wiring. Bus power is provided, with two redundant power connectors ensuring reliable power supply. The barrier is only 16mm thick, and baseplates are available in 4, 8, 16, or 24 module configurations, enabling increased installation density.
