• Technical Parameters: The danger zone signal is 4-20mA, the safe zone signal is also 4-20mA, and the load resistance is 90-800 ohms (16V@20mA). The conversion accuracy is better than 20μA, the isolation voltage between the safe area and the hazardous area is 250V AC, the supply voltage is 20-35V DC, and the power consumption is 1.6W.

• Installation method: Use base plate installation, the base plate can be installed on a flat surface or on a guide rail. The barrier is only 16mm thick, and the baseplate is available in 4, 8, 16, or 24-component configurations. The densely packed barrier and baseplate design increases installation density. The barrier baseplate connects directly to select DCS I/O cards via multi-core plugs and cables, eliminating the need for DCS terminal blocks and traditional point-to-point wiring.

• Application Fields: Widely used in the field of industrial process control, it is mainly used to transmit electrical signals between hazardous areas and safe areas, and at the same time limit the energy transfer from the hazardous area to the safe area caused by faults, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
