MTL safety barrier MTL4015 is a dual-channel switch input isolation barrier in the MTL4000 series. The following is its detailed introduction:

• Functional features: The input signal is a switch or proximity switch signal, and the output signal is a relay dry contact. The output inversion can be set through the top switch.

• Technical parameters: The isolation voltage between the safe area and the hazardous area is 250V AC, the power supply voltage is 20-35V DC, and the power consumption is 1.2W.

• Installation method: It adopts a compact building block design structure with plug-in connection terminals. The safety zone connector plug-in made of a multi-channel connector is installed on the system baseboard. The safety zone signal is directly connected to the baseboard without the need for external wiring. It is only 16mm thick and the base plate is available in various options such as 4, 8, 16, and 24 components to increase installation density.

• Application Areas: Suitable for industrial scenarios that require isolated transmission of switching input signals, such as in automation control systems in the petroleum, chemical, and electric power industries. It can be connected to switches or proximity switches in hazardous areas to safely transmit signals to the control system in safe areas.
