• Technical Parameters: The hazardous area signal input is a thermocouple (-75mV~75mV) or a thermal resistor (0-400 ohms), which is set by the software. The safe zone signal output is 4-20mA with a maximum load resistance of 600 ohms. The isolation voltage between the safe and hazardous areas is 250V AC, the supply voltage is 20-35V DC, and the power consumption is 1.2W.

• Installation method: With a dense design, the barrier is only 16mm thick and can be installed on a baseplate with a variety of options such as 4, 8, 16, and 24 components. The baseplate can be directly connected to some DCS through multi-core plugs and cables. I/O card connections.

• Wiring method: Terminals 1 and 3 can be connected to thermocouple MV signals, terminals 1, 3, and 4 can be connected to three-wire thermal resistors, and terminals 1, 3, 4, and 5 can be connected to four-wire thermal resistors. Terminals 9 and 11 are connected to the AI card of the control system, terminals 12 and 11 are connected to the DI card as internal alarm switches, and terminals 13 and 14 are connected to the 24V DC power supply.
