MTL safety barrier MTL5043 is an analog input safety barrier in the MTL5000 series. It is a one-input and two-output isolation safety barrier, mainly used in industrial process control where intrinsic safety and explosion protection are required.

• Number of channels: Single-channel design, but can isolate and distribute one input signal into two channel outputs.

• Signal Transmission: The input signal is a 4-20mA current signal from a transmitter in a hazardous area. The output can be a DC current or voltage signal, which can be connected to the AI of the control system. Cards, etc., suitable for connecting two-wire or three-wire transmitters.

• Installation method: It adopts 35mm standard DIN rail card installation and the terminal wiring adopts spring-type compression connection, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

• Applicable scenarios: It can be used in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2 hazardous areas, as well as Zones IIA, IIB, and IIC. It can work reliably in industrial environments with flammable and explosive gases, such as the petroleum and chemical industries.

• Electrical isolation: The power supply, input and output are isolated from each other, which can effectively prevent electrical interference and ensure stable system operation. Its design complies with national standards GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.4-2010, and has good safety and reliability.
